The Humi / Temp sensor for the weather station.

When you see your DewPoint dropping in the daytime and your Humi going way low then the sensor needs to be replaced. The sensors dont last forever and its hard to understand why they are not just a plugin part.

The sensor can be ordered from cust service but only if you assure them you can do the repairs yourself. They will likely tell you you have to buy a new station. I belive the sensor is a resistive sensor like the ones for sale online however as long as you can get it from the factory no point in trying to find a substitute.

If you can solder you can just replace the sensor otherwise the replacement comes with a cable that just plugs in. However you have to take the unit apart and remove the silicon seal over the top of the sensor and reseal it after installing the new part.
